By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They are governed by the laws of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

What this website is

This site describes KaaraGen's work, technology and commercial intentions. It is informational. Nothing on it forms a contract, a quotation, a binding offer, or a commitment to supply any product or service.

Product status and forward-looking statements

KaaraGen is pre-commercial. Streak Silencer is in development and is not registered, approved or available for sale in any jurisdiction. Nothing here should be read as an offer to sell it.

The site describes intended mechanisms, design targets and planned milestones, including stability, efficacy and yield figures. These are objectives and expectations, not results from completed trials. Actual outcomes may differ materially, and we give no assurance that any milestone will be achieved.

Market figures, including rejection rates and regional loss estimates, come from published third-party sources. We believe them reliable but do not independently warrant them.

Not an offer of securities

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in KaaraGen. It is not a prospectus, an information memorandum, or investment advice, and it is not a basis on which any investment decision should be made. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, diagrams, images, layout and code) belongs to KaaraGen or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may read it, quote short extracts with attribution, and share links to it. You may not reproduce it substantially, republish it commercially, or present it as your own.

Our underlying technology, including sequence designs and formulation parameters, is held as confidential trade secret information. Nothing on this site grants any licence to it.

Trade marks

Product and organisation names on this site may be trade marks of their respective owners. Third-party marks are used to identify those parties' technologies or affiliations; their use does not imply endorsement, and no ownership is claimed over any mark belonging to another party.

Enquiries you send us

Send us only what you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential information through the enquiry form. It is not a secure channel, and no confidentiality obligation arises from an unsolicited message. Where a genuine exchange of confidential material is needed, we will put a written agreement in place first.
